High Performance Outlet accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. If you would like to use another payment method other than what is listed, please contact us prior to purchase. Payments are due within 7 days of the end of the auction.

SHIPPING
Shipping standard shipping charges are for orders that are to be shipped within the 48 continental states of the United States of America. For orders outside this area an adjusted shipping rate will be charged (This includes APO/AE, international, AK, PR, HI, etc). Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. Most US orders will ship via USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Shipping charges are subject to change at any point in time and High Performance Outlet, LLC does not have to contact customers regarding these changes. Most items are dropshipped directly from the supplier and can cause delay because some shipments may have to be shipped from other countries. Shipment may be delayed up to 4 weeks or more.

WARRANTY
All products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. This may mean that there is no warranty if the manufacturer does not offer one with the product. The products are also subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. High Performance Outlet, LLC does not offer any other warranty besides the manufacturer’s warranty.

CANCELED ORDERS
All cancellations after transaction is complete or withdrawal of funds from account will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. All special order parts are subject to a 25% cancellation fee and/or any manufacturer return policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Returns and Exchanges must be sent back with an appropriate RMA form. High Performance Outlet, LLC is not responsible for any returns done without proper documentation. High Performance Outlet, LLC will exchange all incorrectly supplied items at our cost, when the purchaser supplies all information regarding purchase in complete detail (including part number, item description, and price). All problems must be noted within 7 days of receipt of parts. All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and/or any manufacturer return policy.
